Domestic Shipping
Each order is thoughtfully prepared within 1–2 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, UPS Ground delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options, including 2nd Day Select and Next Day Air, are also available at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders are currently shipped via DHL to Canada and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. Average shipping times are listed below:
- Canada: 5-8 Business Days
- Australia: 8-10 Business Days
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Complimentary Shipping
Fume Studio offers complimentary shipping for select regions:
- United States: Complimentary shipping on orders over $49
- Canada: Complimentary shipping on orders over $99
- Australia: Complimentary shipping on orders over $119
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at with your order number and name, and our team will gladly assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope each piece brings a sense of comfort and atmosphere into your space. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not ship the item back. Instead, email our team with photos of the damage so we can assist you directly. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
